Anand Ondhia - Yoga and Meditation Instructor

Anand has been happily engaged in the practice of yoga since 2009, and began teaching yoga in 2013.

Using a flexible approach in applying the core principles of yoga to every student’s needs, he has taught many different styles of practice, including Moksha (Modo), Flow, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Chair Yoga.

From his very first brushes with yoga, the art symbolized for him an immensely powerful tool for self-directed healing. He experienced first-hand the effectiveness of using inward consciousness, simple yoga postures and refined breathing to relieve bodily pain, mental stress and erratic energy levels. Anand’s first formal education in yoga was the Advanced Moksha (Modo) Yoga Teacher Training, followed by an advanced training in Flow Yoga, taught by senior yoga teacher Bibi Rahim-Hahn.

As a current Master’s student of Osteopathy, Anand is highly skilled in integrating his knowledge of the body’s anatomy and mechanics in his classes. Anand’s teaching style is also influenced by explorations into a variety of arts and personal interests, including Buddhist teachings, Mindfulness Meditation, Floatation Therapy and Competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Kaitlyn Uy - Certified Personal Trainer

Personal growth and movement are my passions. I’ve always been a very competitive person, participating in numerous sports teams growing up - I was fortunate to have this place to socialize, grow as a person, and stay active! Something I really think I took for granted, as this hasn’t always been something easy to find now.

This is how I fell into personal training! I always enjoyed going to the gym. Having a place to myself to relieve stress, focus on myself, and accomplish goals to become a stronger person - not just physically, but also mentally. I want to share this passion of mine with others around me by creating this safe community for anyone, at any level. To grow more aware of your body and your strength, safely. In short, my goal has always been to help empower, educate, and impact as many individuals as I can through fitness and movement.
